Peak Program FAQ

  • Am I obligated to renew?

We strongly recommend renewal to keep your equipment operating correctly.

  • Will you contact me to schedule my maintenance appointments?

We send out email reminders when it is time for your scheduled maintenance.

  • If my system fails while I am a Peak Program member, do I still have to pay for the repair?

Yes, Peak Program members receive 15% off repairs and priority scheduling. We cannot warranty any equipment that is not brand new and installed by us. Though maintenance helps prevent unforeseen problems, it does not guarantee that no repairs will be needed. During scheduled maintenance, our technicians may recommend repairs if they foresee an upcoming problem.

  • When is the maintenance performed on my equipment?

We recommend performing the service on your furnace in the fall and your AC in the spring. However, as the homeowner, you can choose to have all of the maintenance done at the same time during one visit.

  • If you are only servicing one unit, why do I have to pay for both upfront?

We do not offer the option to split the systems because of the other benefits that come with the agreement. If you only pay for the furnace, then the furnace is the only thing covered in the agreement, and if your AC breaks, you will not receive the discount or emergency scheduling. We have the agreement as a whole to avoid any confusion and frustration.
